I’m Lacey Baier and my journey with developing a healthy relationship with my food, reducing my painful and uncomfortable inflammation, and improving my health health came after struggling with my weight for years and feeling trapped in my own body. I really had no idea what I was doing, even though I obsessed about my food and weight. I had SO MUCH TO LEARN.

After years of heartache and disappointment, I learned how to stop battling with my food, love who I am, and enjoy life in the process. Along the way, I have lost over 250+ pounds and learned how to enjoy the foods I love, but without any of the guilt. I’ve kept the weight off, understand how to control my inflammation, and feel better than ever.

Amazing Meal Plan!

Amazing meal plan!

My husband and I have battled with our weight since our first daughter was born. We’ve tried many diets with no success. Keto was the last one we tried and we did ok for a few months but it was very difficult to maintain with one daughter who has oral sensory with food and one with celiac disease and lactose intolerance. I came across a YouTube video of Lacey when searching for inflammation recipes. I decided after watching a few I liked what she had to say and how she looked at changing your lifestyle. My husband and I started her meal plan. My youngest who has celiac disease become very interesting in what we were eating also. The best part everything was gluten free so she was able to try and she loves it! My husband and I also enjoy spending the time together meal prepping for the week. We are going on our third week and it’s been the easiest 2 weeks. We have enjoyed every recipe we’ve tried and are excited for our future healthier selves. With the tools Lacey has provided and with God’s help we will succeed and be healthier and more active for our girls! Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom to help others who struggle.

The BEST 30 day Healthy eating plan!

What a game changer😱never before did I think i would enjoy eating “meal- prepping” (aka leftovers 🤣) food but WOW yummy days 5&6 thanks to these amazing recipes!!! Thank you chef Lacey😋 ! Not only did they satisfy me(kept me from salty& sweet cravings especially at night) they were super nutritious and I really did benefit from “cleanish” eating for any entire month( did have one cheat meal on day seven). The first 24 hours of starting this new eating plan I noticed increased energy, my face looked brighter and my eyes were even prettier 😄. Now I’m not a big exercise warrior but I did stay active walking, swimming and a little weight training, and between this and eating cleanish following this 30 day schedule I did lose 8lbs which I’m very happy with👍😉! I wasn’t expecting a huge loss but the main focus is to shop, prepare and eat healthier, to change my lifestyle which I’m now committed to and will continue this journey…matter of fact I loved the food plan and variety each week that I am repeating this 30 day Healthy for another month and will stay focused to meal prepping and eating healthier than ever before! Sustainable clean eating for real life

Simple and tasty recipes that we look forward to eating. Cravings have disappeared, and I have lost inches/pounds. Meals are easy to double/triple or sub ingredients for the family. I look forward to meal prep, and it has kept me away from fast food when I’m too tired to cook toward the end of the work week. Grocery lists are super helpful and food is not wasted. I have energy to work 80+ hours/wk in a busy Emergency Dept, spend time with the family, and nail HIIT workouts daily. I even improved my Oly lifts (I am 44). I am sleeping and recovering better as I am focused on giving my body nutrition it needs without overthinking numbers. No brain fog, no deprivation. If I need a second snack I eat it. There is no counting almonds, eating a dozen egg whites, weighing boiled chicken, or weird protein powder concoctions. I enjoy meals weekly that are off-plan without over-eating and still make progress towards my goals.

Unbelievably good

The 30 day healthy program completely altered my relationship with food. Honestly before trying out this program, I was skeptical. I thought it’ll be one of those programs where you get initial results, but then you eventually give up because most programs are too restrictive. This program is excellent in resetting your eating habits, all the while eating delicious and wholesome foods. I have been eating cleanish for almost 7 months now. I still continue to meal prep in the weekends. Most importantly, I’m not craving restaurant foods or processed foods as much as I used to before. I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to eat better and feel great.
