So, I’ve decided to start The Cleanish Movement. Instead of restriction, how about we embrace what we enjoy? How about we savor our nutrient-rich food? (And how about we enjoy pizza and cookies every now and again, too? ) How about we build and grow our inner and outer strength? How about we push ourselves to be better?

The Cleanish Movement is a 90 day program designed to support you on your journey to living a cleanish lifestyle, one where you are choosing nutritious food to nourish your body, and you have a reasonable and sustainable approach to living a healthy lifestyle. You'll finally be able to take control of your food, inflammation, and weight and to build a healthier relationship with the food you’re eating.
The program consists of daily SMS texts to keep you motivated and supported, weekly meal plans that are optimized for reducing inflammation and are made with clean ingredients, designed to help you enjoy your food, lose weight, and lower your chronic inflammation naturally. Also included is unlimited access to the Nutrition Library, Fitness Library, and Mindset Library for continual support and assistance.
Once you order the program, you will receive an email with further instructions for how to access the libraries and meal plans.
Yes! While the program is set up to be completed in 90 days, it can definitely be done at your own pace. You will have all the emails, meal plans, texts, and bonus material available to you and there are no time limits. Once you purchase, it's yours to keep forever.

Because of the healthy meal plans that are also designed to help reduce inflammation, it is extremely common for participants to lose weight, ranging from a minimum of 2-8 pounds within the first 30 days. The program itself is intended to aid in making better food choices, eating healthier, and understanding what your body needs will certainly result in weight loss, both from excess inflammation and if you’re eating at a calorie deficit. Taking the time to focus on your nutrition, what your body needs, and removing all the things that are making you feel sluggish and bloated will help you to lose weight and feel more confident.
We don’t currently offer custom meal plans, though most of the ingredients in the recipes are very easily substituted. We can offer suggestions with recipe substitutions needed, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and nut-free.
