What is in the guide
Nail the frozen-to-liquid ratio and everything else is easy. Pick one thing from each column, in this order, and you have a recipe.
Liquid, first in
Almond, coconut, oat, dairy, or cold brew coffee.
PROTEIN + FATS
A scoop of powder plus a whole food: yogurt, nut butter, cottage cheese.
GReens
Spinach blends smoothest. The fruit hides it completely.
FROZEN FRUIT
Banana, berries, mango, pineapple. Frozen goes in on top.
EXTRA, IF YOU WANT
Cinnamon, cocoa, chia, oats. Raw honey if the fruit isn't sweet enough
ORDER IN THE BLENDER
It blends faster and nothing sticks to the bottom. Too thick? Add a splash more liquid and blend again.
20g+ PROTEIN per serving

Prep them once, blend all week. The guide shares the best tips for prepping and freezing smoothies.
