Why You Keep Restarting

You’re not inconsistent. You’ve just been given plans that don’t adjust when life does.

  • Your nutrition doesn’t shift when stress, travel, or workload increases
  • Your workouts aren’t built around your real schedule
  • The structure falls apart when life gets busy

High-performing women don’t need more motivation.

They need support that adapts with them.

How We Fix It

Strategic Nutrition

Clear, protein-forward targets adjusted weekly based on performance, schedule, and stress.

Progressive Strength

Structured lifting designed for measurable progression and long-term metabolic health.

Real-Time Oversight

Your progress is reviewed weekly and adjusted before small disruptions become full resets.

Built From Experience, Not Trends

I’m Lacey Baier -- performance coach, hybrid athlete, and founder of Cleanish.

For more than a decade, I’ve coached high-performing women through demanding careers, leadership roles, family seasons, injuries, and plateaus.

Early in my own journey, I followed the same rigid formulas most women try...aggressive restriction, excessive cardio, chasing fast results.

They worked...for a while.  Until life shifted.

That’s when I realized the issue wasn’t effort.  It was rigidity.

So I built something different: a system that adapts to your body, your schedule, and your season, without starting over every time life changes.

“If your body feels different lately, you’re not imagining it.

What used to work doesn’t always work anymore.

That doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It means your strategy needs to align with this season of life.

Your body isn’t the problem.

The plan just needs to evolve.”

Results That Last

Structure doesn’t create quick fixes. It creates women who stop restarting.

Rebecca

From Intimidated to Independent

When Rebecca started, she avoided the weight room entirely.  Lifting felt intimidating. The structure felt unfamiliar.

Over the next seven months, she didn’t just lose weight -- she built capacity.

She trained consistently through life stress.
She learned progressive overload.
She developed confidence under the bar.
She stayed steady when most people would have quit.

Results:

  • Significant fat loss over time
  • 7 months of consistent training
  • First time strength training independently
  • Visible body recomposition
  • Confidence in and out of the gym

"I was scared at first. But I leaned into the structure, stayed consistent, and surprised myself. That confidence carried far beyond the gym."

- Rebecca

Not For Everyone

This coaching is designed for women ready for long-term change.

This is for you if:

  • You’re successful in most areas of your life -- but tired of starting over with your health.
  • Strength matters more to you than quick fixes.
  • You think long term, not just about the next 30 days.
  • You’re willing to train consistently -- even when life is full.
  • You’re ready to commit for at least three months and follow through.
  • Lasting results matter more than seasonal intensity.

This is not for you if:

  • You’re looking for a one-off reset.
  • Rapid weight loss without resistance training sounds appealing.
  • You’re not ready to take ownership of your health decisions.
  • Intensity feels more exciting than sustainability.
  • You want inspiration more than implementation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from other coaching programs? This is not a templated macro plan with occasional check-ins.

You receive weekly review and adjustment based on your progress, schedule, stress, and real-life demands. The system evolves with you so you don’t have to keep restarting.

Do I have to track macros?Tracking is used as a tool for awareness and adjustment, not obsession.

Most clients track consistently in the beginning so we can build accuracy and structure.

What if I travel or have a busy schedule? That’s expected.

Your plan is adjusted around travel, stress, family demands, and workload. The goal isn’t perfection -- it’s consistency through real life.

Is this weight loss coaching? For many clients, yes -- but the deeper focus is body recomposition, strength, metabolic health, and long-term sustainability.

Weight loss happens as a result of consistent structure, not extremes.

How often do we communicate? You submit weekly check-ins that are reviewed personally.

Adjustments, feedback, and guidance are provided each week. Ongoing support is available between check-ins when needed.

Do I have to go to a gym? No.  Strength training is required for most clients, but it can be done at home or in a gym, depending on your setup and goals.

Many clients start at home with bodyweight movements, dumbbells, and bands. Others prefer a gym for heavier progression. We’ll build the plan around what’s realistic for you, not what sounds ideal on paper.

The priority isn’t location. It’s progressive strength.
