I’m Lacey Baier -- performance coach, hybrid athlete, and founder of Cleanish.
For more than a decade, I’ve coached high-performing women through demanding careers, leadership roles, family seasons, injuries, and plateaus.
Early in my own journey, I followed the same rigid formulas most women try...aggressive restriction, excessive cardio, chasing fast results.
They worked...for a while. Until life shifted.
That’s when I realized the issue wasn’t effort. It was rigidity.

The commitment
Coaching starts with a 3-month minimum because that's genuinely how long it takes to break a pattern and build something that sticks. After 3 months, we go month-to-month.
Spots are limited so every client gets direct, personal attention.
