I’m Lacey Baier -- performance coach, hybrid athlete, and founder of Cleanish.

For more than a decade, I’ve coached high-performing women through demanding careers, leadership roles, family seasons, injuries, and plateaus.

Early in my own journey, I followed the same rigid formulas most women try...aggressive restriction, excessive cardio, chasing fast results.

They worked...for a while.  Until life shifted.

That’s when I realized the issue wasn’t effort.  It was rigidity.

Can I lose weight and build muscle at the same time?Absolutely. This is exactly what the hybrid approach is designed for. Through strategic nutrition (the cleanish framework) and progressive strength training, you'll lose fat while building lean muscle. It's not magic—it's science applied correctly.

What if I travel a lot or have an unpredictable schedule?The Cleanish system is built for real life. I'll teach you how to maintain your nutrition and training during travel, busy weeks, and chaos. How much time do I need to commit to training?Most clients train 3-5 days per week, 45 minutes per session, plus time to focus on nutrition. Your program will be designed for YOUR schedule and equipment. Whether you train at home or in a gym, we'll build a program that fits your life.

What happens after 90 days?You'll have the knowledge, systems, and confidence to continue progressing independently. Many clients choose ongoing monthly coaching for continued support and optimization. Others graduate and maintain their results on their own. Either way, you'll own the system for life.

How much does this cost?The Cleanish Method is $297/month with a required 3-month commitment, then billed monthly thereafter. This includes custom nutrition plans, custom workout programs, weekly check-ins via the coaching app, and unlimited support.
