I’m Lacey Baier -- performance coach, hybrid athlete, and founder of Cleanish.
For more than a decade, I’ve coached high-performing women through demanding careers, leadership roles, family seasons, injuries, and plateaus.
Early in my own journey, I followed the same rigid formulas most women try...aggressive restriction, excessive cardio, chasing fast results.
They worked...for a while. Until life shifted.
That’s when I realized the issue wasn’t effort. It was rigidity.
So I built something different: a system that adapts to your body, your schedule, and your season, without starting over every time life changes.

The Challenge: Rebecca was a complete beginner. She'd never touched a barbell. The gym intimidated her—especially the weight room. She had no idea what macros were or how to structure her nutrition. She was stuck doing cardio and avoiding the "men's section."
The Approach: We started from scratch. I taught her how to lift—proper form, progressive overload, how to navigate the gym confidently. We built her nutrition foundation with simple macro targets and whole food guidance. Weekly check-ins kept her accountable through school stress, her husband's emergency surgery, and life chaos.
