Your body is responding. Now we optimize. We'll adjust your macros based on your results, progress your training intensity, and refine your approach. This is where we dial in what works specifically for YOUR body—not a generic template.
Phase 3: Weeks 7-9
This is where transformation accelerates. You're stronger. Leaner. More confident. We push your performance to new levels while maintaining the cleanish approach that makes it sustainable. You're not just following a plan—you're mastering a system.
