Protein Fudgecicles
Makes 6 Popsicles

INGREDIENTS
- 1 13.5 oz. can full-fat coconut milk, at room temperature
- ½ cup dark cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup + 2 tbsp pure maple syrup, optional*
- 2 scoops Chocolate + Sea Salt Cleanish Plant-Based Protein Powder
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. *For the maple syrup, add the additional 2 tbsp if you prefer a sweeter fudgecicle, and omit if you prefer a darker chocolate fudgecicle.
2. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold. We used this one.
3. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
