Redeem your points by logging in and select one of the available options. You will only be able to select the rewards for which you have enough points. It’s important to note that your total order must be over $45 in order to use your redeemed reward and that redeemed reward codes expire within 14 days of redemption.

You can view your current points balance by logging into your Cleanish account and navigating to the Rewards section of your dashboard.

Yes, you must have a registered Cleanish account and be logged in during your purchase to earn points.

No, your rewards cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. 

Yes, you’ll still earn points on purchases of discounted or promotional items, based on the final price paid (excluding tax and shipping).

Points will expire after one year of account inactivity. This means that if no points are earned for purchases or otherwise earned on activities, all points in the account will expire. Redeemed discount codes expire within 14 days of redemption.

Yes, as long as your post-discount subtotal is above the free shipping threshold, you will still qualify for free shipping.

Points cannot be used toward subscription purchases at this time. However, you will still earn points on subscription orders.

Points can only be applied to purchases made while logged in. If you believe you should have received points for a recent order, please contact support@cleanish.com with your order number.

No, points and rewards are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder who earned them.

Your point balance will decrease based on the dollar amount of a canceled order, partial refund, or return.

You may opt out by contacting us at support@cleanish.com. Please note that opting out of Cleanish Rewards will result in a loss of any points and/or rewards accrued.
