I was so excited to confirm my macros calc with Lacey. Between late 2020 to late 2021, I have lost 100lbs. My weight loss has stalled but I still have more to lose so this calc was very important to me. I followed the macros goal this past week and lost 4 lbs. Yay!

Until I found Lacey, I was under the impression I should be eating under 1200 calories a day and to make sure it was fat free and low carb. But by getting my custom macros, I now know I should be eating around 2000 calories a day and the proper balance of carbs, fat and protein. It has taken a little adjustment, but eating cleanish and in the proper ratios seems to be working, I lost 2lbs in one day.
