Hello ! I started supplementing my food intake with collagen peptides from Cleanish quite a few months ago and wanted to report noticeable improvement in my "rocaasha red" little face! The obvious skin changes have included much softer looking skin and a drastic decline of the redness caused from rosacea. Being at the age of retirement I had started paying serious attention to muscle tone, balance and strength -not to mention the ever looming worry of osteoporosis. I’ve been a fan of Cleanish and The Sweet Pea Chef for a number of months now and have seen such a difference in my body. I just started the collagen this week and so far so good. I put it in my coffee in the morning and it seems to prolong me wanting to have breakfast (which happens to be a Cleanish Smoothie). I am all for it as I need to lose the weight that I gained when I went into menopause. Thanks so much, Lacey and the Cleanish crew!! You have helped me in so many ways and I am very appreciative.

This works well if mixed in with the protein drink or another flavorful drunk. Otherwise is does have a bit of a taste and takes a bit to mix/dissolve.

I have tried both the vanilla and unflavored collagen peptides and live the product. The vanilla flavor is terrific and both the vanilla and unflavored powder blend easily in the liquid of your choice. I really recommend this product!
