Beets: Beets are a powerhouse for your health, loaded with essential vitamins and packed with nutrients that support overall wellness.

Strawberries: Strawberries are great for digestion thanks to their fiber content. Want to increase your fiber intake? Check out The Top 21 High-Fiber Foods.  That said, any frozen berries will work in this recipe. If you don’t have frozen berries on hand, you can substitute with fresh berries—just be sure to add a handful of ice.

Vanilla Protein Powder: To give my smoothies that classic vanilla flavor, I use Cleanish's Vanilla Protein Powder. It not only adds great taste but also gives your shake a boost of protein.
