Everyone in our house has been loving this strawberry protein cheesecake lately -- it tastes just like a cheesecake but is super healthy and high in protein. Honestly, this smoothie might even be my favorite Protein Shake yet, or maybe its Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Smoothie, or Chocolate and Coffee Smoothie, and maybe it's Cherry Vanilla Protein Smoothie? I don't know they are both so good!

You have to try this.

Protein: I might be biased because it took us two and half years to make it, but I love our Cleanish vanilla bean protein. From a flavor perspective, any vanilla protein can be swapped, but I recommend using one with as few ingredients as possible.

Greek Yogurt: I use full-fat greek yogurt, but you could use a different yogurt. If you do, I recommend adjusting the milk and ice to match to get the right consistency. For a non-dairy option, I recommend looking for a coconut- or almond-based yogurt, but look for options with the lest number of ingredients possible.

Almond Milk: I like to use unsweetened almond milk, but you can really swap it with any preferred milk option. For no added sugars, look for options that are unsweetened. I use almond milk in my Mango Green Fruit Smoothie and my Caramel Apple Protein Smoothie, too.

Strawberries: I like to use frozen strawberries for this smoothie because they go so week with cheesecake. But, you can opt for any frozen fruit. If it's not frozen, you'll ned to add ice to get to your desired consistency.

Lemon Juice: The lemon juice gives the smoothie the perfect bite that is so amazing when you enjoy a cheesecake. It can be omitted, but then the smoothie will taste more like a creamy strawberry smoothie - which is good, yes, but not a strawberry cheesecake smoothie.
