There’s nothing like starting your day with a refreshing, antioxidant-packed, and collagen-boosted drink. And you can have that, my friends, with any of my iced collagen latte recipes.

Since we’re talking matcha, my Iced Vanilla Latte is a smooth and simple go-to, and my Iced Mocha Latte adds a chocolatey twist while keeping things light and energizing.

On most busy mornings, I also like to blend up a Pumpkin Cheesecake Smoothie, pour myself a Pumpkin Spice Latte, or prep some Blueberry Crisp Overnight Oats. But when I want something chilled, vibrant, and nourishing, this Iced Matcha Latte is one I always come back to.

Ingredients For Iced Matcha Collagen Latte

Matcha Powder: delivers calm, focused energy thanks to its natural caffeine and L-theanine, plus it’s rich in antioxidants.

Vanilla Collagen Powder: adds a boost of protein while supporting healthy skin, hair, nails, and joints. It also brings a subtle vanilla sweetness that blends beautifully with the matcha. I use Cleanish's Vanilla Collagen Powder.

Unsweetened Almond Milk: keeps the drink light and creamy without dairy or added sugars, making it a great base for this iced latte.

Pure Maple Syrup: provides natural sweetness, enhancing flavor without overpowering the drink.  You can sub for monk fruit extract or raw honey, if desired.

FAQs

Can I Use A Different Type Of Milk?

Yes! While unsweetened almond milk keeps it light and dairy-free, you can easily swap in oat milk, coconut milk, regular dairy milk, or any milk you prefer.

What Collagen Should I Use?

Look for a high-quality, unflavored or vanilla-flavored collagen powder with no added sugars or fillers. I use a grass-fed, hydrolyzed collagen that dissolves easily and blends well with both hot and cold drinks. I recommend Cleanish Collagen.
