Iced Matcha Collagen Latte

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup, plus more for additional sweetness
- 1 scoop Vanilla Bean Cleanish Collagen Peptides
- 1 cup ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add 1 tbsp hot water to a tall glass and add the matcha and collagen. Froth together using an electric frother or a whisk.
- Add almond milk and pure maple syrup.
- Froth or whisk to blend.
- Serve over ice.
