Chocolate Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 2 ripe bananas
- ¾ cup rolled oats, uncooked
- 2 scoops Chocolate + Sea Salt Cleanish Plant-Based Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, for cooking
- raspberries, optional for garnish
- pure maple syrup, optional for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender, add all the ingredients except for the coconut oil and toppings.
- Blend until very smooth.
- Heat skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and melt coconut oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot griddle.
- Cook the pancake for 2-4 minutes, until the edges begin to turn from shiny to dull, and bubbles appear in the center of that pancake.
