Chocolate Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ¾ cup rolled oats, uncooked
  • 2 scoops Chocolate + Sea Salt Cleanish Plant-Based Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, for cooking
  • raspberries, optional for garnish
  • pure maple syrup, optional for serving

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except for the coconut oil and toppings.
  2. Blend until very smooth.
  3. Heat skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and melt coconut oil.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot griddle.
  5. Cook the pancake for 2-4 minutes, until the edges begin to turn from shiny to dull, and bubbles appear in the center of that pancake.
