I’m Lacey Baier and my journey with developing a healthy relationship with my food, reducing my painful and uncomfortable inflammation, and improving my health health came after struggling with my weight for years and feeling trapped in my own body. After years of heartache and disappointment, I learned how to stop battling with my food, love who I am, and enjoy life in the process. Along the way, I have lost over 250+ pounds and learned how to enjoy the foods I love, but without any of the guilt. Educational

The content is very educational and it is helpful to learn the why. The meals have been delicious and I didn't think I would like the cottage cheese snack but it wasn't too bad, the yogurt was better but it was nice to try something different.

30 Day Healthy

Although I joined Lucy’s programme to lose weight I have learnt so much more. I’ve given up sugar EASILY, I’ve discovered that meal prep really is key to success and that weight loss diets don’t have to be bland and light on content. Bonus - I’ve lost 3kg and we are still only 1/2 way through the programme.

Highly, highly recommended if you are tired of white-knuckling it through restrictive diets, need support and accountability and want research-backed information on nutrition and mindset. (Plus it’s delicious !)

ON THE ROAD TO RECOVERY

I have spent years overindulging in unhealthy foods and habits leading to chronic inflammation and daily pain. Within weeks of starting 30 Day Healthy, I have noticed much less pain and lost 6 pounds. Learning to eat clean and healthy has been life-changing! I am loving this program. A journey

Filling and so satisfying!

I love the variety of food in the 30-day health plan. They are so filling and satisfying, which is a must for me. No more gorging out on chocolate bars (a constant habit of 2 or 3 bars a day). It feels so much better to know that Im eating healthy and giving myself a better future. I've never had protein shakes before and will definitely continue. As a pescatarian, I would have liked a few more options other than the steak as the processed fake chicken and steak are not really on plan. All in all, it's a wonderful start to eating more cleanish!
