I really had no idea what I was doing, even though I obsessed about my food and weight. I had SO MUCH TO LEARN.
After years of heartache and disappointment, I learned how to stop battling with my food, love who I am, and enjoy life in the process. Along the way, I have lost over 250+ pounds and learned how to enjoy the foods I love, but without any of the guilt. You can choose to prep your meals separately one day during the week, and then cook for your family or you can include them in the program by increasing the serving size. Most families love the 30 Day Healthy meals.

30 Day Healthy’s goal is to jumpstart your healthy lifestyle and to give you everything you need to create a positive relationship with your food. To do that, the program contains healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, included in weekly meal plan, plus a weekly grocery list. The recipes are optimized for an anti-inflammatory diet, which means they follow a clean eating protocol using whole, real foods that are good for you. The meals are designed to be prepped ahead of time to save you from cooking every day, but could be prepped each day to suit your needs. The program also provides you with education on topics like nutrition, inflammation, intermittent fasting, healthy eating, motivation, pantry cleanses, and more to keep you on track, learning and improving yourself every day.
Yes and no. Yes, this is a program that will help you “detox” from the unnecessary fats, sugars, and other highly-processed foods you are used to, leaving you to feel healthier, fitter, and more confident. The trouble I have with using the term “detox,” however, is that this is not a “take once and you’re done” kinda thing. This program will teach you how to live a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle by choosing foods that are good for you. Detoxes are one-time “fixes” that don’t last and don’t help to change the root of your behavior.
Because of the healthy meal plans that are also designed to help reduce inflammation, it is extremely common for participants to lose weight, ranging from a minimum of 2-8 pounds within the the 30 days. The program itself is intended to aid in making better food choices, eating healthier, and understanding what your body needs will certainly result in weight loss, both from excess inflammation and if you’re eating at a calorie deficit. Taking the time to focus on your nutrition, what your body needs, and removing all the things that are making you feel sluggish and bloated will help you to lose weight and feel more confident.
We don’t currently offer custom meal plans, though most of the ingredients in the recipes are very easily substituted. We can offer suggestions with recipe substitutions needed, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and nut-free.
That’s the beauty of this program: You don’t have to 100% perfect all the time to get its benefits.Plus, the meal plans and emails are yours forever so you can keep them, and go through them as you’re ready.
While this program is for 30 days, the lessons taught throughout each email will help teach you how to live a healthier life for the rest of your life.
