After years of heartache and disappointment, I learned how to stop battling with my food, love who I am, and enjoy life in the process. Clean eating feels so good!

My husband and I had been searching for something to help jump start us back to eating healthy and making good choices. Lacey's 30 day healthy program was just that! Learning that food prep can be done easily so for the whole week you have food available so you don't cheat! Amazing! The recipies are delicious! My husband even ate quinoa (and he hates quinoa!) The other bonus is if you send her a question, she answers you and rather quickly! Try it out! You wont be disappointed! The meals and education she provides is amazing!

30 Day Heathy Program

I am "that person" who has tried and failed just about every fad and diet or exercise program you can think of. Lacey's content and is like a breath of fresh air. She gives you a lot of practical common sense lifestyle changes you can easily do. Her recipes taste good and you don't feel like your on a diet or are food restricting. Her tips on meal prep are easy to do and very achievable. She has even got me drinking ACV water in the mornings! Thanks Lacy :)

Just what I was looking for!

I am just about halfway through my 30 day program, and this is exactly what I was looking for- some guidance, with a ton of support and motivation. The daily emails are informative but not overwhelming, and the recipes are manageable, affordable, and delicious!

No More Diets!

I have been steeped in the diet culture - or should I say trapped? I just couldn't handle not looking forward to the meal I was going to have or actually eating food I hated. Life is too short! I also wanted to take my focus off of the scale and place it on how I felt and how I functioned. The meal plans are great - shopping lists and recipes are great resources. I love prepping ahead of time. So far, I have felt satisfied and have more energy and less pain. Have I lost weight? I don't know. That is not my focus!
