I’m Lacey Baier and my journey with developing a healthy relationship with my food, reducing my painful and uncomfortable inflammation, and improving my health health came after struggling with my weight for years and feeling trapped in my own body. I really had no idea what I was doing, even though I obsessed about my food and weight. I had SO MUCH TO LEARN.
After years of heartache and disappointment, I learned how to stop battling with my food, love who I am, and enjoy life in the process. Along the way, I have lost over 250+ pounds and learned how to enjoy the foods I love, but without any of the guilt. How Can I Do The Program If I Have A Family I Also Cook For?
You can choose to prep your meals separately one day during the week, and then cook for your family or you can include them in the program by increasing the serving size. Most families love the 30 Day Healthy meals.
Is This A One-Time Fee Or A Recurring Subscription Program?

Who Is Lacey Baier?
Lacey is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. She holds a Masters in Science with a specialty in Psychology. Lacey also happens to have a weight loss story of her own, having lost over 250 pounds. Lacey has authored 1000s of clean eating recipes on her publishing site and youtube channel, along with a printed cookbook.

Yes! While the program is set up to be completed in 30 days, it can definitely be done at your own pace. You will have all the emails, meal plans, and bonus material available to you and there are no time limits. Once you purchase, it's yours to keep forever.

What's Included?
30 Day Healthy’s goal is to jumpstart your healthy lifestyle and to give you everything you need to create a positive relationship with your food. To do that, the program contains healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, included in weekly meal plan, plus a weekly grocery list. The recipes are optimized for an anti-inflammatory diet, which means they follow a clean eating protocol using whole, real foods that are good for you. The meals are designed to be prepped ahead of time to save you from cooking every day, but could be prepped each day to suit your needs. The program also provides you with education on topics like nutrition, inflammation, intermittent fasting, healthy eating, motivation, pantry cleanses, and more to keep you on track, learning and improving yourself every day.
Is This A Detox Program?
Yes and no. Yes, this is a program that will help you “detox” from the unnecessary fats, sugars, and other highly-processed foods you are used to, leaving you to feel healthier, fitter, and more confident. The trouble I have with using the term “detox,” however, is that this is not a “take once and you’re done” kinda thing. This program will teach you how to live a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle by choosing foods that are good for you. Detoxes are one-time “fixes” that don’t last and don’t help to change the root of your behavior.
Will I Lose Weight By Following This Program?
Because of the healthy meal plans that are also designed to help reduce inflammation, it is extremely common for participants to lose weight, ranging from a minimum of 2-8 pounds within the the 30 days. The program itself is intended to aid in making better food choices, eating healthier, and understanding what your body needs will certainly result in weight loss, both from excess inflammation and if you’re eating at a calorie deficit. Taking the time to focus on your nutrition, what your body needs, and removing all the things that are making you feel sluggish and bloated will help you to lose weight and feel more confident.
What If I Have A Specific Dietary Restriction?
We don’t currently offer custom meal plans, though most of the ingredients in the recipes are very easily substituted. We can offer suggestions with recipe substitutions needed, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and nut-free.
I Have Such A Hard Time Sticking To Anything And I Am Worried This Program Will Just Be The Same Thing.
That’s the beauty of this program: You don’t have to 100% perfect all the time to get its benefits.Plus, the meal plans and emails are yours forever so you can keep them, and go through them as you’re ready.
Can I Sustain The Results Beyond 30 Days?
While this program is for 30 days, the lessons taught throughout each email will help teach you how to live a healthier life for the rest of your life.

I didn’t know what to expect. I started a 30 day challenge and it’s been wonderful. I love doing the meal prep on the weekends because I work during the week. I am amazed with the results and if anything I feel so good because I’m eating better.

Hello Lacey. Thank you so much. I did get a lot out of the program, getting myself back on track and lost a few lbs. (7) Not as much as I would have liked but it is a process so I am happy with that. The recipes for the most part were very good. However, I am not someone that likes repeat meals so I don't think meal prepping like that is for me. By the time I reached the 3rd meal of the same dish, I didn't really want to eat it. And the 4th time was very difficult for me to eat. I adjusted some the last week because of that. What I liked was the shopping list and not needing to think again what to prep or eat all week. I am still using a lot of the principles in my choices I am currently making and look forward to searching some of the other recipes links that you sent. I am super busy and did not have time to read all of the emails thoroughly but kept them in my inbox to review. I also found many of the recipes very time consuming to prep. I live in Guatemala and although fresh produce is available it requires an extra step of disinfecting everything before using. Short cut options like precut veggies are not readily available. But overall. Thank you. I do appreciate your encouragement and suggestions.
