Hello ! I started supplementing my food intake with collagen peptides from Cleanish quite a few months ago and wanted to report noticeable improvement in my "rocaasha red" little face! I love the vanilla protein powder. Mixes easily and I drink it every day with some water and a bit of almond milk.

I’ve been a fan of Cleanish and The Sweet Pea Chef for a number of months now and have seen such a difference in my body. I just started the collagen this week and so far so good. I put it in my coffee in the morning and it seems to prolong me wanting to have breakfast (which happens to be a Cleanish Smoothie).
