I hate “diets.” Let’s get one thing straight. Diets are unrealistic, boring, and will never last. Learning to live healthier isn’t about counting calories or using points. And it’s definitely not about following crazy rules. I’m here to tell you there is another way. You deserve to feel comfortable in your own skin, to be at peace with the food you’re eating, and to feel great about your body.
